I have taken out a subscription but do not receive any emails

Most likely the emails are being routed to your Spam, Promotions or Updates folder. To check this, you can search for e-mails from:

For many email clients you can prevent this from happening by simply saving in your address book.

If you are sure you have received no emails, it could be an problem with our email server. Please contact us using the form on our Contact page and we’ll investigate.

I wish to change which newsletters I receive in my subscription bundle

No problem. Simply go to the My Account page, Click My Newsletters. Here you can uncheck and check different newsletters up to the maximum allowed in your free trial or paid subscription bundle.

I want to change how many newsletters I receive

Currently we do not offer the facility to upgrade or downgrade your Subscription. If you wish to change from say a 1 newsletter to 3 newsletters subscription you must purchase a new subscription and cancel the old one.

To do this make sure you are logged in, and click Subscribe, choose the package you want and proceed to the checkout page. Your contact details should already be filled in but you’ll probably need to enter your payment details again. Then click Subscribe.

To cancel an existing subscription, go to My Account > My Subscription > View and click on Cancel.

We suggest you contact us to inform us of any change, just so that we can make sure that everything has been updated correctly.

I would like to unsubscribe

We’ll be sorrow to see you go, but it’s a simple process.

Go to My Account > My Subscription > View and then click Cancel.

If you make a mistake you can click Resubscribe on the next screen to re-activate your subscription.

You will continue to have access to the newsletter(s) you subscribed to until the end of the current billing cycle of your subscription. Your user account on will also remain active after the subscription ends, unless you contact us and we will delete it definitively.

If you have subscribed to the Digest note that this newsletter is free and does not require a paid subscription. Cancelling a paid subscription will not unsubscribe you from the Digest. If you wish to do this, just de-select Digest in My Account > My Newsletters or just click on the “unsubscribe” link at the footer of any Digest email.

My credit card or PayPal account has been charged the wrong amount

Please contact us and we’ll look into into it and if necessary credit your account.

I cannot log into the My Account page

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one by clicking on the Lost password link on the Login page.

If you cannot remember your username, in most cases the email address you used to create the account and receive your newsletters will work instead.
