Most likely the emails are being routed to your Spam, Promotions or Updates folder. To check this, you can search for e-mails from: email@example.com (for Distills) or firstname.lastname@example.org (for the Deepnews Digest).
For many email clients you can prevent this from happening by simply saving email@example.com and/or firstname.lastname@example.org in your address book.
If you are sure you have received no emails, it could be an problem with our email server. Please contact us using the form on our Contact page and we’ll investigate.
No problem. Simply go to the My Account page and login. Click My Distills and scroll down, you should see a section called “Modify my Distills”. Here you can uncheck and check different Distills up to the maximum allowed in your subscription bundle (1, 3 or 5).
Currently we do not offer the facility to upgrade or downgrade your Subscription. If you wish to change from say a 1 Distill to 3 Distills subscription bundle you must purchase a new subscription and cancel the old one.
To do this make sure you are logged in, and click Subscribe, choose the package you want and proceed to the checkout page. Your contact details should already be filled in but you’ll probably need to enter your payment details again. Then click Subscribe.
To cancel an existing subscription, go to My Account > My Subscription > View and click on Cancel.
We suggest you contact us to inform us of any change, just so that we can make sure that everything has been updated correctly.
We’ll be sorrow to see you go, but it’s a simple process.
For Distills, go to My Account > My Subscription > View and then click Cancel.
If you make a mistake you can click Resubscribe on the next screen to re-activate your subscription.
You will continue to have access to the Distill(s) you subscribed to until the end of the current billing cycle of your subscription. Your user account on Deepnews.ai will also remain active after the subscription ends, unless you contact us and we will delete it definitively.
To unsubscribe to the Digest just click on the “unsubscribe” link at the footer of the Digest email.
Please contact us and we’ll look into into it and if necessary credit your account.
If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one by clicking on the Lost password link on the Login page.
If you cannot remember your username, in most cases the email address you used to create the account and receive your Distills will work instead.
